Why am I being asked to disable pop-up blockers? Won't I get lots of pop-ups now?
Hands on Banking uses Flash programming, and when it opens a new window, some pop-up blockers can mistake this for an ad.
You can disable pop up blockers for this site only to view all aspects of Hands on Banking and yet keep pop-up ads interfering with other websites. Each pop-up blocker service is different - please see your Internet Help section if you need assistance to disable your specific blocker.
What is Adobe Reader? Why do I need it?
Adobe Reader is a free program you probably already have on your computer. It enables you to read and print .pdf (portable document format) files. All Hands on Banking supporting documents are in .pdf format. We use .pdf to ensure faster downloads, as the files are smaller than the original source documents.

Why am I being asked to download Macromedia Flash Player?
If a web site uses Macromedia Flash content, the Macromedia Flash Player is required to view that site. A message asking you to download Macromedia Flash Player then comes from either the web site you are viewing or from your browser.
Most browsers come installed with Macromedia Flash Player, so you may already have a previous version of Macromedia Flash Player installed. You may still need to update to the latest version if the web site contains features that require a newer version. For best results, download and install the latest version from Macromedia Flash Player Download Center.
For problems with the Flash player, contact Macromedia support at: http://www.macromedia.com/support/
